This application relates to the field of electrophysiological
catheter technology, specifically to a basket
electrode assembly and a basket-shaped
catheter. The basket
electrode assembly includes: a spline, which is a bent structure in its
free state to allow the basket
electrode assembly to expand in its
free state; a proximal fixation seat, fixedly connected to the proximal ends of each spline; a
distal fixation seat, fixedly connected to the distal ends of each spline; and a lead wire, the distal end of which is connected to the
distal fixation seat and passes through the proximal fixation seat. The lead wire includes an elastic telescopic section, at least a portion of which is located between the proximal and
distal fixation seats. The elastic telescopic section is used to change its size along the proximal-distal direction of the basket electrode assembly as the position of the distal fixation seat changes. This application mainly solves the problem that setting a lead wire on the spline of a basket-shaped
catheter leads to increased
processing difficulty of the spline.
