The air bag is expanded and fixed at the far end of a foreign body in advance to prevent the foreign body from shifting, then the transversely-arranged snare is controlled to sleeve and hoop the foreign body, and finally the whole set of device is retracted into the outer sheath to be safely taken out, so that the technical problems that an existing snare is single in capturing angle and the foreign body is prone to shifting are solved.
