signal by the transmitting section until the reception of the plurality of reflection signals by the receiving section; and an identifying section that identifies a
biological condition of each of a plurality of the measurement subjects on the basis of a mode of change of times of flight represented by a plurality of pieces of time-of-
flight data representing times of flight that fluctuate in a
time range equal to or lower than a first threshold.
