Abstract

Molding forming is carried out for stator composed of straight type iron cores from molded resin so as to form case frame of motor. Stacking laminated plates constitutes straight type iron core. The laminated plate possesses multiple teeth protruded from long side of zonal back yoke iron, teeth adjacent to back yoke iron, and V type notches on side of protruded teeth. Except teeth portion, part of inner circumference side of straight type iron core is molded from resin in insulatibity so as to form insulating layer. Winding straight type iron core on each tooth of insulating layer forms winding. Stator is crimpled on the notches so as to form annular ring. Joint faces at two ends of back yoke iron are welded or bonded.
