Disclosed is a process for producing fat powder by using oil deposit which comprises, charging alkaline calcium 15-20 wt% of dried oil residue base into the oil residue, heating to 100-120 deg. C, cooling down, drying, and disintegrating. The prepared fatty powder has high fat content, which can be used as feed addictive or fish or shrimp bait.
