Present invention relates to wavelet domain movement estimating scheme base on optimizing reconstructed filtering method suitable for iso-network video information encoding field. It adopts elimination versatile optimizing reconstructed filtering method (OSF), through two sets optimizing high pass filter (OSHF) to proceed reconstruction to high frequency wavelet coefficient, making high frequency reconstruction signal having approximate displacement invariability, utilizing one signal capable of rather accurate predicting and reconstituting out another signal. Said method establishes two wavelet domain movement estimating schemes, which are hierarchy plan ( HiME - OSF ) and whole scheme (HoME- OSF ).Said HoME OSF uses all high frequency coefficient as one whole to proceed movement estimating with less, HiME OSF uses each converter stage high frequency coefficient as one unit to proceed movement estimating, refined describing each part movement information, raising movement estimating precision, said hierarchy configuration having space extensibility and realizable space extensible encoding.
