Problems solved by technology

[0010] In order to solve the problem in the conventional cell search method (time taken for cell search when the number of scrambling codes is large) when multi-carrier CDMA is used as the downlink radio access method, by focusing on 3GPP (3 rd Generation Partnership Project) standard "TS25.214 Physical Layer Procedure (FDD)" disclosed in the "cell search procedure", the inventor made the present invention, and considered how to apply it to a multi-carrier CDMA system

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the embodiments described below, it is assumed that the Secondary Synchronization Code (SSC) or the Secondary Synchronization Channel (S-SCH) in the "Cell Search Procedure" disclosed in the 3GPP standard "TS25.214 Physical Layer Procedure (FDD)" is used as the Scrambling code group identification code.

Abstract

A multi-carrier wireless communication technology in a multi-carrier CDMA method, capable of effectively utilizing radio resources, suppressing interference, and performing cell search at high speed. In this technique, a secondary synchronization code (S-SCH signal) used to identify the grouped scrambling code group is frequency-multiplexed on several subcarriers. The auxiliary synchronization code is coded in the time direction. The subcarriers multiplexed with the auxiliary synchronization code are separated from each other and arranged at equal intervals. Also, the number of subcarriers for multiplexing the auxiliary synchronization code can be set to a value smaller than the total number of subcarriers. Auxiliary synchronization codes are orthogonal codes. Cell search is performed by using the S-SCH receiving side of such frequency multiplexing.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a multi-carrier transmission / reception device, a multi-carrier wireless communication method, and a multi-carrier wireless communication program. Background technique [0002] In recent years, in wireless communication, especially mobile communication, various information such as video and data are transmitted in addition to audio. In the future, it is expected that the need for delivery of various contents will continue to increase, and the need for high-reliability, high-speed, and large-capacity delivery will increase. However, when high-speed transmission is performed in mobile communication, the influence of delayed waves caused by multipath propagation cannot be ignored, and transmission characteristics are degraded by frequency selective fading. [0003] As one of frequency selective fading countermeasure techniques, multi-carrier modulation methods such as OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) are a...
