[0040] The motor drive circuit of the present invention will be described in detail below.

[0041] figure 1 An example of the motor drive circuit of the present invention is shown. The motor 1 , the Hall element 3 , the Hall amplifier 4 , and the output amplifier 5 form a feedback loop to linearly drive the motor 1 . Here, the rotation speed of the motor 1 is controlled according to the power supply voltage V1 applied to the output amplifier 5 . Here, the power supply voltage V1 is adjusted to a value corresponding to the set rotation speed by the speed control circuit 6 and output. Then, the power supply voltage V1 becomes the Hall bias voltage V2 applied to the Hall element 3 via the voltage converting circuit 7 and the bias setting amplifier 8 . Hereinafter, the motor drive circuit of the present invention will be specifically described.

[0042] Motor 1 is a single-phase brushless motor with winding 2 . The motor 1 has a rotor magnet installed on the rotor, and rota...

Abstract

In the linear drive type motor drive circuit, the rotation speed of the motor (1) is controlled by the power supply voltage (V1) applied to the output amplifier (5). However, in the conventional motor drive circuit, the Hall bias voltage (V2) applied to the Hall element (3) remains constant even if the power supply voltage (V1) is changed. Therefore, heat or noise due to the difference between the drive signal and the power supply voltage (V1) is generated. In the motor drive circuit of the present invention, the amplitude of the drive signal (S1) changes in response to the power supply voltage (V1) so that the ratio of the saturation time and the non-saturation time remains constant. Therefore, the amplitude of the drive signal can be obtained in accordance with the motor rotation speed, and the generation of heat and noise can be suppressed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a motor drive circuit, in particular to a linear drive motor drive circuit. Background technique [0002] Figure 5 An example of a conventional motor drive circuit is shown. [0003] Motor 1 is a single-phase brushless motor with winding 2 . The motor 1 rotates according to a driving signal S1 applied to the winding 2 . The Hall element 3 detects the rotation phase of the motor 1 to output a detection signal S2. The Hall amplifier 4 amplifies the detection signal S2 to output an amplified detection signal S3. The output amplifier 5 amplifies the amplified detection signal S3 according to the power supply voltage V1 to output the driving signal S1. In this way, the motor 1 , the Hall element 3 , the Hall amplifier 4 , and the output amplifier 5 form a feedback loop to linearly drive the motor 1 . [0004] In this motor drive circuit, the rotation speed of the motor 1 depends on the power supply voltage V1. That is, the ro...
