The atmosphere gas poured from the heating furnace flows into the salt bath chamber to be converted into non-oxidized atmosphere gas, the residual gas is discharged from an exhaust port arranged at the upper part of the salt bath chamber. At the time, the pressure inside the heating furnace is kept to be slightly higher than the pressure inside the salt bath chamber so as to prevent the atmosphere gas in the salt bath chamber from flowing back to the heating furnace.
