The present invention discloses a fibre polishing wheel, which is prepared by the following mixture and fibre material: (a) the proportions of the mixture: 100 portions of natural latex, 0.5 portions of zinc oxide, 0.2 portions of age inhibitor DNP, 0.8 portions of age inhibitor 264, 0.3 portions of casein, 0.05 to 0.1 portions of potassium hydroxide, 0.5 portions of lanoline, 1 portion of accelerant PX, 1 portion of sulfur and 135.655 portions of sand; (b) the weight portion proportion of the fibre material and the mixture: 1 : 7 to 8; (c) the preparation method: (1) the zinc oxide, the age inhibitor DNP, the age inhibitor 264, the casein, the potassium hydroxide, the lanoline, the accelerant PX, the sulfur and the sand are uniformly mixed for later use; (2) The material of the first step is uniformly mixed with natural latex; (3) the material of the second step is uniformly mixed with the fibre material and then is squeezed in a rolling machine, so that the material is uniformly immerged into fibre; (4) the material-immerged fibre of the third step is rolled up and placed into a mould, which is then put into a thermotank and heated, and finally, after vulcanization, a finished product is obtained.
