Problems solved by technology

At this time, because the flow direction of the refrigerant is only changed by the four-way steering valve, the flow of refrigerant flowing to the heat exchanger on the heat source side cannot be fine-tuned, and the discharge pressure of the compressor is too low, which reduces the heating capacity and cannot perform comfortable air conditioning.

Embodiment approach 1

[0033] The refrigerating apparatus (1) has an outdoor unit (1A), an indoor unit (1B), a refrigerating unit (1C), and a refrigerating unit (1D), and includes a refrigerant circuit (1E) that performs a vapor compression refrigerating cycle. Also, the refrigerant circuit (1E) includes a booster unit (1F). The refrigerant circuit (1E) includes the first system circuit for refrigeration and freezing and the second system circuit for air conditioning. Furthermore, the refrigerant circuit (1E) is configured to be switchable between a cooling cycle and a heating cycle.

[0034] The above-mentioned indoor unit (1B) is configured to switch between a cooling operation and a heating operation, and is installed, for example, in a shopping mall. In addition, the above-mentioned refrigerating unit (1C) is installed in the commercial cabinet for refrigeration to cool the air in the commercial cabinet. The above-mentioned refrigerating unit (1D) is installed in the refrigerating commercial c...

Embodiment approach 2

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the controller ( 80 ) in the first embodiment is provided with a refrigeration device as a control unit ( 81 ) of the control device.

[0093] The control unit (81) is configured to suppress a reduction in the condensation capacity of the indoor heat exchanger (41) when the flow rate of the refrigerant is varied by the three-way diverter valve (101) on the discharge side of the flow regulator. Specifically, the control unit (81) is configured to reduce the air volume of the outdoor fan (4F) of the heat source side heat exchanger (4). The control unit (81) is provided to suppress the decrease in the heating capability of the indoor heat exchanger (41) when the heating capability of the indoor heat exchanger (41) is extremely reduced during the heat recovery operation of the second heating and freezing operation. That is, if the reverse compressor (2) continues to operate, when the house-warming capacity is extremely reduced, this d...

Abstract

A freezing apparatus (1) has a compressor (2), an outdoor heat exchanger (4), an expansion mechanism, an indoor heat exchanger (41) for air conditioning a room, and a refrigerant circuit (1E) to which cooling heat exchangers (45, 51) for cooling the inside of a refrigerator are connected. The refrigerant circuit (1E) has a discharge side three way change-over valve (101) that, in heat recovery operation in which the indoor heat exchanger (41) and the outdoor heat exchanger (4) work as a condenser, varies the flow rate of a portion of a refrigerant discharged from a compressor (2), the portion being that portion of the refrigerant which is distributed to the indoor heat exchanger (41) and the outdoor heat exchanger (4). As a result, when the amount of heat obtained in the cooling heat exchangers (45, 51) exceeds the amount of heat required by the indoor heat exchanger (41), extra heat is discharged without over-reducing a discharge pressure of the compressor (2).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a refrigeration device, in particular to a refrigeration device comprising an air-conditioning heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, refrigerating apparatuses that perform a refrigerating cycle are known, and are widely used as air conditioners for heating and cooling houses and refrigerators for storing food and the like. This refrigerating device is a device that performs both air conditioning and refrigeration. For example, a plurality of heat exchangers on the utilization side including an air-conditioning heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger are installed in convenience stores. This refrigerating device can cool both the air conditioner in the store and the merchandise cabinet with only one (refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2). [0003] In the above-mentioned conventional refrigerating apparatus, heat absorbed by the cooling heat exchanger of the commercial cabine...
