Based on the existing network structure the three steps are completed respectively by the medium access control sublayer, physical coding sublayer and Optical Transport Network access sublayer. Using the invention the transmission from high speed internet business to OTN network transparently is realizing directly in physical layer only by the raw data mapping packaging.
