Abstract

The invention provides a permanent online method of distributor and a relative device, for realizing permanent online of distribution in group system. The method comprises that S102, when a server of dispatching desk checks that the conversation of client of the dispatching desk will be overtime, the server uses a first protocol to send a conversion refresh message to the client, S104, the client receives the conversion refresh message, and uses a second protocol to send a conversion refresh request to the server of dispatching desk, and S106, the server receives the conversation refresh request, refreshes the access time of conversation, and feedbacks a conversation refresh response to the client. Therefore, the invention can overcome the defect of prior group system which distributor conversation will be overtime, to effectively meet special demand of distributor conversation in group system.
