A fabricating structure of a roof-type airconditioner for a vehicle being unified condenser and evaporater which is installed on a vehicle roof, including: a plurality of support elements, installing at the bottom of the airconditioner along width direction to support the air adjuster, so as to prevent the air adjuster from contacting the upper part of the roof board; a plurality of closed brackets, installing on the roof board along the length direction of vehicle and under the air adjuster, and including a curved surface bending from the upper part of the roof board to the air adjuster; and weather strips, forming along the curved surface of the closed brackets and pressed by the load of the air adjuster to bar water and gas outside.
