The invention relates to a half penetration and half reflection LCD device, comprising a liquid crystal panel and a backlight module, wherein, the liquid crystal panel comprises a first colored filter substrate, an array substrate and a second colored filter substrate, three of which are hierarchically arranged in turn; a first liquid crystal layer is arranged between the first colored filter substrate and the array substrate; a second liquid crystal layer is arranged between the array substrate and the second colored filter substrate; the array substrate is provided with a reflection part having refection function; the first colored filter substrate, the array substrate and the second colored filter substrate define a plurality of pixel zones, and each pixel zone comprises a penetration zone and a reflection zone which corresponds to the reflection part; the backlight module is arranged adjacent to the second colored filter substrate.
