The information source mark of the multicast broadcast service center (MBSC) corresponding with the program ordered by the user is determined through information switching between a multicast broadcast service center (MBSC). The MBSC establishes the corresponding multicast broadcast service loading path based on the MCBC information source mark and the traffic flow corresponding with the MCBC information source is sent to the user terminal by the established path.
