After two stages every portion of said water flow can be acted by more uniform speed gradient and turbulent flow shearing stress, so that the periodic change can produce better coagulating condition. In this uniform flow field the speed gradient can ensure that the particles can have more collision opportunity, the turbulent flow shearing stress can make floe be more closed, so that the more fine particles can be trapped.
