The exception handling system includes following portions and steps: upstream node of the present node are in use for initiating request on the starting session; after receiving the said request from the upstream node, the present node returns response for the starting session back to the upstream node, and in use for initiating request on the starting session to all downstream nodes; downstream nodes of the present node are in use for receiving request on the starting session from the present node as well as for generating response: successful, or unsuccessful or no response; retrying decision module is in use for determining whether to restart flow for starting session to downstream nodes with unsuccessful or no responses, based on failure cause of downstream nodes with unsuccessful or no responses. Thus, the invention increases chance of successful session of downstream nodes so as to raise success ratio of flow for starting session.
