Abstract

The present invention discloses a system and a method which utilize a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communication network to realize the sampling of real-time multimedia data and the forgery prevention of sampling times. The method includes four steps; firstly, the client software of a mobile terminal is used to sample multimedia data including but not limited to picture data, video data and audio data; secondly, while the data sampling is finished, the client software of the mobile communication terminal records the information data of the current network time; thirdly, the sampled data and the time information data are sent to a server end via the mobile communication network; fourthly, after successfully receiving the whole data, the server end returns an acknowledgement message. The method of the present invention allows a user to directly use the mobile communication terminal to carry out the spot sampling of data and mark the sampled data by using a network time, which ensures that the sampled data and the sampling time point can not be forged, thus guaranteeing the authenticity of data. Meanwhile, because data can be real-timely uploaded via a wireless communication network, the efficiency of sampled data analysis and process is increased, the hardware cost of using dedicated sampling devices is also reduced.
