Abstract

A thermal shrinkable tube which is coated with adhesive at the inner side is prepared with the following mode: using extruding machine to extrude the thermal shrinkable tube component; using irradiation machine to crosslink the tube component; expanding the crosslinked tube component to a preset diameter; and coating adhesive on the inner surface of the expanded tube component with a spiral mode. The tube component reduces the loss generated by the dual extrusion or the possibility of eccentric irradiation or eccentric expansion in the irradiation or expansion period thereby preventing the quality degradation. Besides, the adhesive can be coated at anytime when the thermal shrinkable tube is expanded. Therefore the species or thickness of the adhesive can be easily changed. Furthermore, the pitch and thickness of adhesive can be controlled according to requirement thus the consumption of adhesive can be reduced.
