The invention provides a composite of vitamin compound and mineral substance, which consists of the active components with the following weight portions: 0.7 to 0.9 portion of vitamin A, 1 to 3 portions of vitamin B1, 1 to 3 portions of vitamin B2, 3 to 5 portions of vitamin B6, 0.004 to 0.006 portion of vitamin B12, 50 to 150 portions of vitamin C, 0.003 to 0.008 portion of vitamin D3, 10 to 30 portions of vitamin E, 1 to 5 portions of pantothenic acid, 0.3 to 0.5 portion of pteroylglutamic acid, 15 to 20 portions of nicotinic amide, 0.015 to 0.05 portion of selenium, 5 to 15 portions of zinc and 50 to 800 portions of calcium.
