Abstract

Because the reflective multilayer film (12) has film stress, the distortion projecting to the film formed surface (10) is generated; through forming the rough surface (13), based on the stress of the Twyman effect, the distortion projecting to the rough surface (13) is generated. The film stress and the stress caused by forming the rough surface are counteracted mutually due to bending to the mutually opposite directions, thus the reflective multilayer film (12) is flattened.
