Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a nutritious soybean milk which is made from major ingredients including soybean, vitamin B12, vitamin D, taurine and calcium and adjuvant ingredients including pueraria root, cinnamon bark, folic acid, beta-cyclodextrin and flavoring agent. The method comprises the following steps: soaking soybean and draining or soaking soybean, dehulling and draining; freezing at low temperature; mixing with other ingredients; blending to obtain a slurry with bean cake particle size less than or equal to 50 micrometers and protein content more than or equal to 2%; homogenizing; boiling to obtain nutritious soybean milk; and optionally further concentrating and drying to obtain nutritious soybean milk powder. The product can relieve the adverse effect of hypoglycemic drugs and prevent diabetes complications.
