A mobile communication method with flexible settings is provided, which pertains to the technical field of mobile communications. The mobile communication method is characterized in that a frame structure with flexible settings can be established for wireless communication networks based on various technical standards, wherein, the frame structure comprises a frame header, a marker section which shows whether the frame is a broadcast frame or a data frame, a network identification code, and a configurable section which is determined by a communication standard or a communication protocol when being used in the data frame while the configurable section is format broadcast information when being used in the broadcast frame. Additionally, the arrangement of each part in the network identification code and a frame, namely the mapping relationship of 'formats' as well as a signal processing module code are established in each base station; when a mobile station enters into a certain network coverage, the format information and the processing module code of the network which are sent by the base station through a down broadcast can be received and after the mobile station downloads the signal processing module, the communication between the base stations can be processed in the subsequent data frame. The mobile communication method with flexible settings of the invention has the advantages that the mobile station can be applicable to a plurality of different networks by adopting the technology of 'software radio'.
