The invention relates to the field of electrician equipment, specifically to a 10-220kV multifunctional insulating operating rod. The 10-220kV multifunctional insulating operating rod comprises a plurality of insulating rods, a plurality of rod heads and connecting mechanisms for connecting the rod heads, wherein the rod heads are movably connected to the head portions of the insulating rods through connecting structures, the tail portions of the rod heads are provided with connecting buckles, and the bottom of each buckle is provided with an outwardly protruding boss. The bottom of each constant force spring contacts with the bottom of the cavity, the top end of the constant force spring contacts with the metallic compressing sheet, and the metallic compressing sheet is arranged between the backstop and the constant force spring. The insulating operating rod is upgraded and improved, and the problem that a conventional is monotonous in function and inconvenient to use is solved. The insulating operating rod, cooperating with a plurality of rod heads, is comprehensively compatible with conventional rod heads or tools.
