direct current contactor insulation performance detection device which is characterized by comprising a cabinet, a compatible detection mechanism, a
control switch and an
electric control assembly, and the compatible detection mechanism is used for for product positioning and connection testing; thecompatible detection mechanism is arranged on the cabinet. The compatible detection mechanism comprises a sliding
assembly, a pressing air cylinder, a probe
assembly and a special-shaped
cushion block used for fixing the
direct current contactor to be detected, the pressing air cylinder is connected with the sliding assembly, and the probe assembly is installed on the sliding assembly. The probe assembly is driven by a pressing cylinder to contact and communicate with a to-be-detected
direct current contactor to be installed on the base. A detection
station device is installed at the bottom of the cabinet. The detection
station device comprises an
insulation resistance side instrument group consisting of a plurality of
insulation resistance side instruments and a medium withstand
voltage tester group consisting of a plurality of medium withstand
voltage testers; and the
insulation resistance side instrument group and the medium withstand
voltage tester group are connected with the probe assembly through output lines in an inserting manner. The previous single-
station and single-instrument operation is changed. The working site is saved, multiple purposes are achieved, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the beat requirement of
mass production is met.
