The invention discloses a high-sensitive gas-controlled trigger device for a pneumatic gas-controlled respirator, which comprises a valve body (1) of the trigger device; a valve cover (12) which is fixedly connected on the valve body (1) of the trigger device; a valve (7) which is clamped between the valve body (1) of the trigger device and the valve cover (12) in a sealing way to commonly limit a sealed space with the valve body (1) of the trigger device; an air inlet connector (3) which is arranged on the valve body (1) of the trigger device, and an air inlet inner mouth (2) is arranged at the inner end of the air inlet connector (3); a respiration connector (4) which connects the inhalation end of a patient and the sealed space; and a lever mechanism which is arranged in the sealed space and at least comprises a lever (10), a first end of the lever (10) is contacted with the valve (7), and a second end can selectively open or close a channel interface of the inner mouth (2).
