The method of the invention includes the steps of determining the state space of a cell in the wireless communication network and the corresponding motion space in the state space, searching motions which can be implemented in the motion space, calculating and obtaining the corresponding motion values according to the motions, selecting the maximum one from the obtained motion values and implementing the motion of the maximum motion value according to a certain probability, carrying out the search operation with a smaller probability, updating the system according to the motion value if better effect can be obtained when a certain motion is implemented in a certain state and repeating the steps when the next event occurs in the cell. By adopting the method for improving the quality of self-adapting multimedia service in the wireless communication network, the dynamic adaptation to various service types and service conditions can be realized while the network service quality is effectively improved and the computational complexity is remarkably reduced; furthermore, the method of the invention also has stable and reliable operating performance and wider application range.
