Embodiment 1

[0029] Soak the platinum electrode in acetone for 1 hour, ultrasonically clean it for 5 minutes, then rinse it with deionized water, and dry it for use;

[0030] The configuration pyrrole monomer concentration is 0.02mol / L, the acetonitrile solution that p-toluenesulfonic acid concentration is 0.02mol / L is used as the modification solution of platinum electrode;

[0031] Put the platinum electrode in the above modification solution, set the potential at 0.9V, use the constant potential method, and use the CHI 650C electrochemical workstation of Shanghai Chenhua Instrument Co., Ltd. to polymerize for 80s. The electrochemical workstation adopts a three-electrode working system, and the reference electrode is Ag / AgCl (CHI Instrument Company, USA), the auxiliary electrode is a platinum wire electrode, and the working electrode is a platinum electrode to prepare a polypyrrole-modified platinum electrode doped with p-toluenesulfonic acid.

Embodiment 2

[0033] The prepared polypyrrole-modified platinum electrode doped with p-toluenesulfonic acid was used to detect vitamin E content in vegetable oil.

[0034]1) The standard curve of vitamin E content and oxidation peak current: take vitamin E standard substance (purity is 95%, Merck company (Germany)), configuration concentration is respectively 6, 20, 50, 75, 125, 180, 230, 275 , 300μmol / L vitamin E standard solution. Where ethanol-1,2 dichloroethane mixed (3:1, V / V) as a solvent, supporting electrolyte LiClO 4 The concentration is 0.05mol / L, with 0.1mol / L H 2 SO 4 Adjust the pH value to 4.0, place it in an electrochemical cell, and fill it with high-purity nitrogen to remove oxygen; the prepared polypyrrole-modified platinum electrode doped with p-toluenesulfonic acid is used as the working electrode, and the platinum wire is used as the auxiliary electrode. Ag / AgCl As a reference electrode, the oxidation peak current (Ip) was detected by differential pulse voltammetry, t...

Embodiment 3

[0038] Make 11 modified electrodes with the method of Example 1, detect 2.3×10 -4 The average value of the oxidation peak current value of mol / L vitamin E was 12.31±0.35 μA (n=11, RSD=2.8%). The results are shown in Table 1.

[0039] Table 1 The current value of vitamin E detected by 11 modified electrodes obtained by the same preparation method

[0040]

[0041] The oxidation peak current of the newly prepared modified electrode and the same modified electrode stored under dry and dark conditions for one month were measured and compared, and the results showed that the oxidation peak current of the latter decreased by 3.8%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a poly-pyrrole modified electrode doped with p-toluene sulphonic acid and provides a method using the modified electrode for rapidly detecting the content of vitamin E. the method comprises: 1) using experimental conditions which are the same with the detecting conditions of a sampler for drawing a standard curve of the content of vitamin E and oxidation peak current; 2) dissolving the sample in the mixed solvent of ethanol-1 and 2 dichloroethane and regulating the pH value to be 2-5 to obtain the sample solution; 3) arranging the modified electrode in the sample solution, detecting the oxidation peak current through a differential pulse voltammetry and calculating the concentration of vitamin E in the sample. The method can be used for rapidly detecting the content of vitamin E in vegetable oil and has the advantages of simple sample preparation, convenience, fast speed, strong anti-interference ability and accurate detecting result which is identical with the detecting result of a liquid chromatography.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food science testing. In particular, it relates to a method for rapidly detecting vitamin E content. Background technique [0002] As a natural, non-toxic, powerful and effective phenolic antioxidant, vitamin E is widely found in the animal and plant kingdoms, especially in crop seeds and vegetable oils. The intake of vegetable oils in the daily diet is an important source of vitamin E required by the human body. Scientific experiments have shown that vitamin E plays an extremely important role in the life activities of the body, especially has an important impact on fertility, so it is also called tocopherol, which can be divided into α, β, γ, δ, ε, ζ, η , eight subtypes of θ, among which α-tocopherol has the strongest effect; as a fat-soluble antioxidant located in the membrane, it can effectively inhibit the generation of free radicals, prevent the damage caused by free radicals to the body, and protect cell me...
