The inner and outer clutches are both boxed shaped bodies provided with a ring shaped side wall and a central hollow cavity and a concave groove is arranged on the ring shaped side wall. The coupling flywheel is a cylindrical shaped flywheel axis provided with a small tooth flywheel.
