Abstract

The invention discloses a sticking film tearing-down device which implements a sticking film tearing-down method to tear down the sticking film from a substrate. The sticking film tearing-down device comprises a fixed piece, a clamp and a transmission device. The fixed piece has a top surface, a bottom surface and a slit; the slit is communicated with the top surface and the bottom surface; the substrate is arranged below the fixed piece, so that the bottom surface of the fixed piece can contact the substrate. The edge part of the sticking film is firstly stripped, and the stripped edge part passes through the slit of the fixed piece. The clamp is movably arranged on the bottom surface and clamps the edge part of the sticking film through the slit. The transmission device drives the clamp away from the top surface and the slit; the fixed piece enables the substrate to be restricted below the fixed piece, so that the clamp can tear down the sticking film from the substrate.
