The error amplifier is provided with a preset voltage input terminal and a feedback voltage input terminal. The output terminal of the error amplifier is connected with the input terminal of the dynamic bias circuit. The output terminal of the dynamic bias circuit is connected with the input terminal of the driving element. The driving output terminal of the driving element is connected with the feedback circuit. The feedback voltage is transmitted to the feedback voltage input terminal of the error amplifier. The driving element receives a signal from the dynamic bias circuit and controls an output voltage according to the signal. One end of the compensation circuit is connected with the output end of the driving element and the other end thereof is connected with the error amplifier.
