Abstract

The invention provides a method which aims at solving the problem that a variable in an execution character string can not be transferred to the outside due to the limitation of an effect scope and is applied to the program design of the storage process or batch processing in a relational data base based on the structured query language. In the program design, by utilizing the execution character string method, a query statement can be dynamically formed, which makes the program design more flexible; however, the execution character string has the independent scope, and the variable defined in the execution character string can not be directly transferred out of the execution character string; aiming at the problem, the method is characterized in that during the storage process or batch processing, a temporary table is established first; in the execution character string, data are inserted or updated; and outside the execution character string, the data of the temporary table are queried, so that the problem that the variable in the execution character string can not be transferred to the outside is solved. With the method, the application of the execution character string is more flexible and wider, the programming complexity is effectively simplified, and the operational performance of a computer is improved.
