Abstract

The invention relates to an ozone/electrochemistry integral treatment device for organic wastewater and a method thereof. The device comprises a DC power supply and a reactor arranged in a constant-temperature water bath, wherein the bottom of the reactor is provided with an aeration device which is connected with an ozone generator, and the reactor is internally provided with an anode and a cathode which are connected with the DC power supply. The invention combines the ozone oxidation method with the electrochemical technology to form a novel efficient electrochemical advanced oxidation technology, which can reduce the service cost and realize the purpose of quickly degrading organic contaminants.
