Abstract

The method for inducing the Cynomorium songaricum succulent stem callus comprises the following steps: a vascular tissue of a Cynomorium songaricum succulent stem is grafted in the culture medium of the Cynomorium songaricum succulent stem callus, and is darkly cultured at a culture temperature of between 15 and 25 DEG C for 45 to 55 days to obtain the callus. The adoption of the culture medium and the method for inducing the callus can overcome the dependency of the growth of the Cynomorium songaricum succulent stem on a host so as to improve the incidence rate of the Cynomorium songaricum succulent stem callus; and the callus grows well, and the inductivity can be up to 67 percent. The method lays a foundation for utilizing a tissue culture method to produce a substitute of Cynomorium songaricum, and ensures that the substitute performs a large quantity of division and proliferation under controllable conditions to accumulate medicinal components of the Cynomorium songaricum, thereby providing an effective way for wild resource protection and resourcedevelopment of the Cynomorium songaricum.
