Problems solved by technology

In addition, in the layout of the processing device and winding device known from EP 0 718 424 A1, large machine divisions occur, which have the disadvantage, especially in the process control of monofilaments (production), that melt spinning The required spinning nozzles must also be kept at a relatively large distance in a heated spinning (insulation) box
However, such spinning devices require a high energy requirement in order to be able to continuously heat the melt-guiding components over the entire machine length

Embodiment Construction

[0022] exist figure 1 and 2 A first embodiment of an apparatus for melt spinning, processing and winding synthetic filaments according to the invention is shown in several views. exist figure 1 A front view of the device is schematically shown in the figure 2 A side view of the device is schematically shown in . The following description applies to both figures as long as one of the figures is not explicitly indicated.

[0023] In this exemplary embodiment, the device consists of a spinning device 1 , a processing device 8 and a winding device 9 , which are arranged one above the other in layers. The spinning device 1 , the processing device 8 and the winding device 9 form a total of three production stations 1.1 , 1.2 and 1.3 for spinning, processing and winding the multi-filament yarns side by side in parallel. The number of production stations is exemplary. In principle, such a plant can have several production stations in order to produce several filaments simultane...

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for melt spinning, treating and winding synthetic threads, said device consisting of a spinning unit, a treatment unit and a winding unit. The spinning unit, the treatment unit and the winding unit are arranged in tiers one above the other and form a plurality of single-thread or multi-thread production positions along the longitudinal side of a machine. According to the invention, to permit a rapid, simple operation, in particular at the start of a process and during interruptions of said process, an operator walkway is located at a height between the treatment device and the winding device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an apparatus for melt spinning, processing and winding synthetic filaments according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] It is known in the production of synthetic filaments to extrude a plurality of filaments from a polymer melt, which are combined into filaments after passing through a cooling section. This is followed by further processing, essentially by drawing, oiling and eddy texturing, in order thereafter to be wound into rolls. The arrangement of such devices usually extends over several layers. Such a device is known, for example, from DE 103 55 294 A1. A spinning device for extruding and cooling the filaments, a treatment device for processing the filaments and a winding device for winding the filaments into a package are arranged one above the other in layers. Here, these devices form a plurality of production stations along the longitudinal sides of the machine for simultaneously winding a...
