Abstract

The invention discloses a device for adjusting working frequency of a step down converting circuit through detecting temperature, which comprises a temperature control module, a variable module and a controller. The temperature control module is used for detecting the temperature of a central processor, judging the current output load state of the step down converting circuit according to the acquired current temperature of the central processor, and outputting control signals according to the load state. The variable module is coupled to the step down converting circuit for providing an external resistor for the step down converting circuit. The controller is coupled to the temperature control module and the variable module respectively for receiving the control signals and adjusting the resistance value of the variable module according to the control signals in order to adjust the working frequency of the step down converting circuit. The device can reduce the loss of the step down converting circuit.
