Abstract

The invention discloses a method for loosening and remoistening tobacco leaves and equipment thereof, which belong to the technical field of cigarettes. The method is characterized in that the loosened tobacco leaves which are heated by microwave are remoistened on a mesh-belt convey belt in a damping machine; a moist heat environment at a temperature of between 50 and 70 DEG C is formed in a nozzle atomizer in the damping machine; and the tobacco leaves are kept in the moist heat environment for 3 to 4 minutes so as to be remoistened by absorbing moist heat. A feeding belt of the equipment for loosening and remoistening the tobacco leaves is connected between a microwave chamber and a refiner, wherein the discharging end of the refiner is connected with the feeding end of the damping machine; at least one mesh-belt convey belt is arranged in the damping machine; a plurality of nozzles which spray atomized hot water are arranged in the damping machine; and the discharging end of the mesh-belt convey belt is arranged above a discharge chute. The method of the invention has low resurgence temperature, low degree of fragmentation and can improve the processing intensity resistance of the tobacco leaves.
