Abstract

The invention provides a rope belt symmetrizing tension device which comprises a supporting seat, a lead rail pressure plate, a bearing inner ring, a bearing outer ring, a bearing rolling sphere, a hydraulic cylinder and a tension wheel. Two parallel inner sides of the bearing inner ring are buckled with the lead rail pressure plate to form a V-shaped movable lead rail face and form a V-shaped movable lead rail pair with a lead rail face on the supporting seat; the bearing outer ring is formed by a bearing left outer ring and a bearing right outer ring which are buckled together; a cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the bearing inner ring, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a supporting plate; and the tension wheel is fixed on the bearing outer ring. The invention has reasonable structure, can dynamically adjust the position of the tension wheel through the hydraulic cylinder and realizes tension adjustment through the movable lead rail pair, thereby ensuring that each string-bead rope has table and adjustable tensioning force in multi-rope transmission and symmetrizing the tensioning force of each rope.
