Problems solved by technology

This detector can realize on-line real-time monitoring and analysis, but has the following problems: 1) Because all links of the whole detector are connected by pipelines, there is hidden pollution
For example, after the water sample is pretreated, toxic substances are left in the filter 5. When the water sample passes t...

Embodiment Construction

[0017] combine figure 2 , The water quality toxicity detector includes several independent areas as follows, and each area has a specific purpose. The luminescent bacteria freeze-dried powder refrigeration area is used to store the luminescent bacteria freeze-dried powder, and the temperature condition is adjustable from 4 to 10°C; there are multiple reagent channels in the refrigerated area to store a variety of luminescent bacteria and evaluate the impact of various toxic substances on impact on the water environment. The tip area stores disposable tips, which are tools used for material transfer, including sending luminescent bacteria, buffer solutions, water samples, etc. to the cuvette. The sampling tank is used for collecting water samples, waiting for the suction head to be sucked and sent for testing at any time. The reaction cup area stores disposable reaction cups, which are used as containers for the cultivation, reaction and real-time detection of luminescent ba...

Abstract

The invention discloses a water quality toxicity detector, which comprises the following parts which are mutually independent: a luminescent bacteria storing region, a sampling groove connected with acirculation pipeline, a sucker region used for storing disposable suckers, a detection region used for reacting luminescent bacteria and a water sample and detecting, and a mechanical arm capable ofmoving back and forth among the luminescent bacteria storing region, the sampling groove, the sucker region and the detection region. Because the parts are separated, the regions are not connected through pipelines, the transportation of substances is realized through the mechanical arm, and the cross infection among regions is avoided. In addition, the suckers and reaction cups for detection aredisposable, so that the problems of cross contamination of strains and cross contamination of samples to be detected are prevented; and apparatus do not need a washing fluid to wash, so that zero cross contamination is truly realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water quality detection, in particular to a water quality toxicity detector. Background technique [0002] Bacterial luminescence is the current development trend in the field of water environment ecological detection. Traditional physical and chemical methods can only quantitatively analyze the content of one or several toxic components in the water sample to be tested, and cannot directly and comprehensively reflect the comprehensive impact of various toxic substances on the environment. Using the principle of live biological detection that the intensity of luminescent bacteria will change when they come into contact with harmful substances, the toxicity degree of pollutants in water can be obtained by testing the relative luminous intensity of luminescent bacteria. Compared with physical and chemical methods, bacterial luminescence method is broad-spectrum, fast, simple and economical, and can best reflect the ...
