Problems solved by technology

Since the transparent conductive films of the two sets of wires must be made separately, it will cause color differences between the two layers of conductive films and reduce the product quality of the touch screen;
[0004]2. Due to the lack of shielding structure of the touch screen, the touch screen cannot eliminate the electrical interference from the display device, which affects the performance of the touch screen
[0005]3. If a metal bridge or metal tunnel structure is used to connect the wires, the visual effect of the touch screen will be affected due to the metal’s reflection of the external light of the touch screen and the blocking of the internal light of the display.

Embodiment Construction

[0030] like figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the capacitive touch screen of the present invention includes a substrate 1 , a transparent conductive film of two sets of wires arranged on the substrate 1 along X and Y directions, an insulating film 3 and a low-resistance transparent conductive film 5 .

[0031] The transparent conductive films 4 of the first group of wires in the two groups of wires are arranged continuously, and the transparent conductive films 2 of the second group of wires are arranged in sections at intervals of the transparent conductive films 4 of the first group of wires.

[0032] The low-resistance transparent conductive film 5 is attached to the substrate 1 in segments corresponding to the transparent conductive film 2 of the second group of wires, that is, the metal bridging film 6 is arranged in segments corresponding to each wire of the second group of wires.

[0033] The insulating film 3 covers the middle part of the low-resistance transparent condu...

Abstract

Capacitance touch screen and method for preparing the same, the touch screen includes a substrate, two sets of wire transparent conductive films, an insulation film, and a low-resistance transparent conductive film, in two sets of wires, a first set of transparent conductive films are disposed continously, a second set of transparent conductive films are disposed sectionally by using the first set of transparent conductive films as intervals; the low-resistance transparent conductive film is attached onto the substrate sectionally corresponding to the second set of transparent conductive fims, the insulation film is covered on middle part of the low-resistance conductive film and adjacent substrate, the first set of transparent conductive films cross the low-resistance transparent conductive film and being attached onto the insulation film and substrate, the second set of transparent conductive films are covered on end of the low-resistance and the substrate to form a continous second set of wires. The method is used to produce low-resistance transparent conductive film, the first and second set of transparent conductive films on the substrate for implementing the touch screen structure. The invention avoids chromatic aberration of touch screen, reduces resistance of the second set of wires, improves visual effect of the touch screen, excludes electrical interference, and improves quality and performance of products.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a touch screen and a manufacturing method of the touch screen, in particular to a capacitive touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] The capacitive touch screen includes two sets of wires that cross in the X direction and the Y direction. The existing wire wiring structure of the capacitive touch screen has the following defects: [0003] 1. The two groups of wires in the X direction and the Y direction intersect in space. In the manufacturing process, it is necessary to make a bottom group of conductive films first, then make an insulating film, and then make an upper group of conductive films. Since the transparent conductive films of the two sets of wires must be made separately, it will cause color differences between the two layers of conductive films and reduce the product quality of the touch screen; [0004] 2. Due to the lack of shielding structure of the touch screen, th...
