Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic anti-vibration boring bar and attachments, which is a set of tool devices invented in order to solve vibration, cutter back-off and other problems easy to occur when deep holes with large length-diameter ratio are machined on lathes. The boring bar has the biggest characteristic that four oil cylinders are arranged inside the boring bar, wherein the two oil cylinders in the front play a role in supporting in a workpiece hole to enhance rigidity and can effectively prevent vibration and cutter back-off caused because the boring bar hangs and extends too long, thereby having important significance for prolonging the life span of cutters and improving production efficiency and product quality; and the two oil cylinders at the back not only can regulate the supporting size of the two oil cylinders in the front to meet the demand for different apertures, but also can ensure that the boring bar with support does transverse parallel movement through the related movement interactive with the two oil cylinders in the front. Therefore, the boring bar is particularly applicable to deep-hole parts in need for cut grooves and the like in to-be-machined bottom holes or holes.
