Under the condition that the external temperature is 1,100 DEG C for one hour at the constant temperature, the internal temperature of the high-temperature resisting and heat insulating protective structure is not more than 85 DEG C; and under the condition that the external temperature is 260 DEG C for ten hours at the constant temperature, the internal temperature of the high-temperature resisting and heat insulating protective structure is not more than 85 DEG C.
