The method comprises the following steps: putting C10 aromatics into a reaction kettle, adding kerosene,and stirring for 10 minutes; adding standard diesel with stirring; and finally adding 0.2 kilogram of cetane improver, 0.2 kilogram of flash point improver, and 0.3 kilogram of pour point reducer, andstirring for 10 minutes. The invention has the advantages that: the method for producing the diesel from the byproducts of the petrochemical enterprises with low prices is simple and convenient and has low cost; and the diesel can be used separately or mixed with the standard diesel.
