nitrate, n-
hexadecane, n-eicosane,
oleic acid and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl p-
cresol to obtain a premixed solution; uniformly mixing absolute ethyl
alcohol,
glycerol and an emulsifier, adding the premixed solution, reacting, and
drying to obtain particles; uniformly mixing
ethyl acetate, isopropanol, n-butyl
alcohol and an emulsifier, adding hexadecanol and EVA (
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)-210, and dissolving to obtain a film forming solution; and uniformly mixing
ethyl acetate and isopropanol, adding the particles and the film-forming liquid, removing
ethyl acetate, isopropanol and n-butyl
alcohol, adding into
liquid paraffin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the diesel
cetane number improver. The prepared diesel oil
cetane number improver can prevent isooctyl
nitrate from being in direct contact with the external environment, slow down the generation speed of free radicals, effectively improve and stabilize the cetane number of diesel oil, and enable the cetane number of the diesel oil to be maintained at a high level in a long time.
