The method comprises: completely demultiplexing the group packets of all programs inthe transmission code stream by setting a PID filter, demultiplexing the independent PES packets corresponding to each program, respectively sending the independent PES packets to different positionsor buffer areas in an internal storage through a DMA transmission unit; decoding the PES packets of different programs in the internal storage through a video decoder, and temporarily storing the decoding results of different programs at the different positions or buffer areas of the internal storage; coding and carrying out video complex processing on the decoded video temporarily stored in theinternal storage by a video coding processing unit; and outputting a video processing result.
