Abstract

The invention discloses a method for high-valued and comprehensive utilization of deinked sludge. The method comprises the following steps: pyrogenation: namely, dehydrating, drying and pyrolysing deinked sludge in a spiral pyrolysis reactor, and extruding and crushing pyrolysed residues to obtain fine particles; temperature-controlled combustion: namely, after pyrolytic reaction, transporting the fine particles to a clapboard type fluidized bed and carrying out temperature-controlled combustion under the action of an oxidizer, discharging fully-combusted solid clinkers out of the clapboard type fluidized bed, and lifting a gaseous product produced in the combustion process to the upper end of the clapboard type fluidized bed; smoke gas purification: namely, fully combusting the gaseous product produced by the temperature-controlled combustion under the action of secondary air to form high-temperature smoke, fully decomposing organic pollutants in the smoke under the action of high temperature, discharging a combustion product out of the clapboard type fluidized bed, mixing one part of the high-temperature smoke with air and transmitting the mixed gas to the bottom of the clapboard type fluidized bed serving as primary wind (fluidized wind of the fluidized bed), and transmitting the other part to the spiral pyrolysis reactor as a heating source of the spiral pyrolysis reactor.The method can promote the clean production of pulp and paper-making industry by waste paper and promote the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction tasks.
