The low-infiltration rubber hose of an air conditioner sequentially comprises the following seven layers from inside to outside: an internal infiltration layer nylon PA11, a middle rubber layer CIIR rubber, an internal reinforced layer dipping aramid cord, a bonding layer EPDM rubber, an external reinforced layer dipping aramid cord, a external rubber layer EPDM rubber and an external plastic-covered layer TPX. The internal infiltration layer plays a role of blocking the refrigerant from infiltrating to outside, the middle rubber layer has good heat resistance and air-tightness and can be bonded firmly to the infiltration layer so as to further stop the dispersion of the refrigerant; the two reinforced layers are bonded firmly to the bonding layer so as to increase the pressure resistance of the rubber hose; the external rubber layer has good heat resistance, ozone resistance and weatherability; and the external plastic-covered layer protects the smoothness and levelness of the appearance of the rubber hose. Due to different materials of the internal infiltration layer and the fiber reinforced layer and the different selected structure, the infiltration resistance of the rubber hose is improved by 4 times, and the bursting pressure is improved by 2.5 times.
