Abstract

The invention relates to a visual perception based interactive mammography image search method, comprising the following steps of: firstly reading a mammography image to be processed; marking a suspected lesion by an image segmentation algorithm; extracting the characteristics (including area, eccentricity ratio, compactness, invariant moment, Gabor characteristic and fractal dimension) of a suspected lesion area; automatically searching a lesion sample which is relative to the characteristics (including area, eccentricity ratio, compactness, invariant moment, Gabor characteristic and fractal dimension) of the suspected lesion area and confirmed by a biopsy in a lesion database; recording visual perception information, and learning and sorting the visual perception information by using a fuzzy neural network; and repeating the steps till a lesion most similar to the suspected lesion is searched.
