Abstract

The invention provides a surface carburization processing method for a steel bearing ring of a high-carbon chromium bearing which is to perform carburization heat treatment to the surface of the steel bearing ring of the high-carbon chromium bearing. The processing method comprises the steps of carburizing, quenching, tempering, carburizing, quenching and tempering. If a bearing of a car engine used in polluted oil is processed with a traditional high-carbon chromium bearing process, the abrasion performance is inferior and the service life is short which cannot meet the use demand of car engine. The invention can promote the abrasion performance and the service life of the bearing used in polluted oil by carburizing the surface of the steel bearing ring of the high-carbon chromium bearing.
