A combined mold (4) is provided with a block (12) which is composed of a plurality of sheets (20). A plurality of grooves (30) are formed at an upper surface (26) of the sheets (20). The upper surface (26) is a coarse surface. The cross section of the each groove (30) is rectangular. One end of each groove (30) is exposed from a cavity surface. The grooves (30) extend along the radial direction of the mold. The other end of each groove (30) is exposed from the back surface of the sheet (20). The groove (30) has a depth in 0.01-0.10mm and a width in 0.01mm-0.10mm. The space between one groove (30) and another groove (30) adjacent with the groove (30) is 0.10mm-20mm. The air between the greentire and the cavity surface is discharged through the grooves (30) in a vulcanization step.
